Six whole organic oranges are gently simmered until tender and then popped in the Magimix to give a glorious Oran’s pulp which is then mixed with eggs (lots of them!) ground almonds and spices.

This cake is dairy free, gluten free and grain free…the perfect cake that gives all the flavour with a few simple ingredients.
