The flavour of freshly brewed coffee within the soft and supple sponge is further enhanced when lavishly topped with a coffee and Tia Maria cream finished off with crunchy walnut pieces.
The Costa Rican coffee beans have been selected for their strong and fruity flavour, the beans are freshly ground by me prior to baking so the coffee flavour is superbly fresh.
Partners well with a freshly brewed pot of English Breakfast tea.
